GC Real Estate Partners is Hiring an Apartment Site Manager/Caretaker (FT) Near Waite, MN
Job Description:
We are one of the area’s largest property management firms and growing!

About: GC Real Estate Partners and Advantage Property Services are leading property management and maintenance companies that operates over 70 commercial and multi housing properties primarily located in the greater St. Cloud area.
Responsibilities:
Duties may include:
- Cleaning buildings
- Snow removal.
- HVAC maintenance.
- Grounds upkeep.
- General repair and carpentry.
- Servicing occupied and vacant apartments.
- High attention to detail.
- Schedule Vendors
- Order supplies for the site
- Oversee unit turns
- Ability to cost effectively analyze work needed and problem solve.
- Great customer service and comfort interacting people throughout each day.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Live within the greater St. Cloud area.
- Available for being on call for after-hours emergencies.
- Industry experience preferred.
- Effective time management.
- Strong communication skills.
Compensation:
