Pay Rate: $60,000 - $75,000 commensurate with experience

Job Summary: The Wholesale Sales Representative is directly responsible for extending the Good Chemistry customer experience from our retail locations to our partners.

Expected timeframe to fill position: 3/31/2024

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Negotiate and facilitate wholesale sales
• Call on existing and potential customers
• Develop and establish new buyer accounts
• Drive and circumnavigate the state stopping in on existing and potential customers
• Provide exceptional service to all vendors
• Follow state regulations and guidance while in company vehicle
• Build rapport with vendors to ensure they continue to order from Good Chemistry
• Must be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts
• Represent Good Chemistry as an ambassador to the brand at pop-ups and other industry events
• Maintain current and training modules and update as needed
• Follow detailed operating procedures to ensure compliance and order accuracy
• Educate patients and customers on Good Chemistry’s message, strains, products, delivery methods, potency, proper storage of medicine, serving size, and tolerance
• Possess accurate knowledge of product price points
• Guide customers to appropriate resources including website and internet menus
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements (Education and Experience)

• Must be able to pass CORI background check
• Must be over the age of 21
• High School diploma
• Experience with customer service or inventory management is required
• No more than 2 moving violations and one at-fault accident within the last 3 years
• No major traffic citations or incidents in the past 5 years
• Previous delivery and or logistics experience a plus
• Experience with METRC a plus
