Join the GBS Corp. Warehouse Team! We have regularly scheduled shifts that allow the employees to pursue a full personal life outside of work, while working in a growth-oriented, employee centric company. Our 1st shift Receivers work Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, with the potential for overtime.

POSITION SUMMARY

Unloading and verifying all inbound orders. Checking in and put away of all orders in compliance with GBS standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unloading of all inbound freight.
• Working knowledge of dock locks or other means of securing trucks.
• Verifying of correct address.
• Inspection of condition of material.
• Proper use of material handling equipment.
• Understanding and following all work instructions and procedures that pertain to receiving.
• Reporting of any problems to DC Management and/or production coordinator.
• Following all distribution center policies and procedures.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Working knowledge of our inventory system (Smartlink).

QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements)

• Ability to use material handling equipment and retain proper certification
• PC Knowledge
• Requires bending, lifting and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Maintains a healthy attitude towards work and the company
• Acts professionally and sets a positive example of work ethics
