How you will contribute You will: Develop and drive customer relationships across functions with a key focus on building the contact matrix and influencing within the customer. Support the execution of the strategy for the customer Identify and share insights and opportunities supporting the development and execution of the Joint Business Plan Provide thought leadership internally & externally around brand & category initiatives (promotional strategy / budget planning) Leading delivery of category dashboard / fundamentals and recommending corrective actions to ensure targets are met Ongoing assessment of opportunities / risks and lead initiatives to optimize category performance What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Category development, key accounts and market insight analysis and delivering growth through category leadership Delivering strategic plans, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targets Influence stakeholders and interacting effectively with others, with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view Analytical skills and business acumen Proficient in Nielsen, Kantar and SIP Customer-facing roles Growing revenue and market share Delivering results and problem solving Understanding multiple customers, go-to market strategies, structure and business practices Negotiating and influencing skills This is a fixed term contract with an end date of December 2024.
