Full-Time Receiving Lead

Job duties include:

• Ensure the department is kept clean and organized at all times.
• Perform regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate check-in of customer core returns, warranty returns and core purchases.
• Ensure cores purchased from local core suppliers are of proper quality and identified.
• Prepare outbound shipments of cores to GB suppliers and vendors. Work with front office to arrange for freight pickup.
• Ensure the department operates in a safe manner and employees follow the company’s policies at all times, including safety policies.
• Train new employees on the operation of the department or specific skills or tasks.
• Fill in for Manager when unavailable.
• Other duties as assigned.

Candidates must be able to:

• Understand and follow basic verbal and written instruction and procedures in Spanish and English.
• Effectively communicate with co-workers and the front office.
• Possess basic math skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Maintain the pace of other team members.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.

We offer:

• Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime is often required Monday - Thursday up to 5:30 pm and Saturdays 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 53 per week
