Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
- Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with scheduling and payroll management
Skills:
- Previous experience in shift management or food service management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of assistant manager or restaurant management duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of hospitality management principles
- Culinary or catering experience is a plus
- Experience conducting interviews and hiring new employees
- Knowledge of restaurant industry trends and best practices
