We are currently seeking a Project Manager/Coordinator with years of industry experience to join our creative team and grow professionally in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with the project team to create and develop construction documents and write specifications.
· Work on the production and technical development of various project types and sizes.
· Coordinate project requirements with consultants/multiple disciplines.
· Assist the design team in all aspects of design and documentation.
· Manage bidding and negotiations through RFI responses and Addendums.
· Perform in office and on-site Construction Administration services.
· Conduct site visits to measure and field verify existing conditions.
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of architectural standards and practices and construction materials and methods.
· Ability to detail and review technical documents.
· Ability to collaborate on projects with designers, owners, consultants and contractors.
· Capability to clearly communicate with clients, verbally and graphically.
· Self-motivated, organized and work efficiently.
· Comfortable with regulatory code research.
· Understanding and sensitivity of the creative design process.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or similar.
· Experience with Revit.
· Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus.
· Previous Construction Administration experience, 5 years desired.
· Experience creating project manuals and specifications is a plus.

We are currently seeking a full-time Interior Designer, with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, to join our creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client relations
· Ability to manage projects
· Help develop and produce detailed design concepts
· Prepare construction documents
· Develop, prepare and coordinate presentation materials with project team members
· Prepare project specifications
· Prepare FF & E packages
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of professional experience in design of commercial interiors projects, senior living experience is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design.
· Professional with good collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment.
· Proficiency in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up and other 3D computer design programs.
· Commercial architectural knowledge is helpful.
