We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and quality of life.

Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Administer medications and assist with medical appointments
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected
- Help individuals engage in social activities and community outings

Experience:
- Previous experience in nursing, home care, patient care, senior care, or direct support is preferred
- Knowledge of caregiving practices and techniques
- Familiarity with childcare or social work is a plus
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
