GATEWAY MANAGEMENT COMPANY is Hiring a Regional Property Manager Near Montgomery, AL

Gateway Management Company is growing and we are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager. This position is responsible for supporting and executing Gateway Management’s strategic objectives related to property management by managing an assigned portfolio of properties, implementing policies, procedures and practices to enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a Regional Property Manager capacity. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and have the ability to effectively manage employees. Strong computer skills required. HCCP or COD designation preferred. The candidate will also participate in IRS and state agency compliance on any matters related to Low Income Housing Tax Credits, including annual audits. College degree preferred.
