EMBA MANAGEMENT GROUP is Hiring a Property Manager Near Montgomery, AL
The Property Manager works closely with the Regional Manager to achieve the goal of efficiently and successfully managing the property.
This includes hiring and supervision of leasing and maintenance personnel, securing and supervising contract service agents, collections of rents, marketing the rental product, maintaining optimum resident relations, and ensuring compliance local, state, and federal laws pertinent to the operation of the property.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a working telephone.
- Be able to climb stairs.
- Have physical stamina necessary to walk for extended periods of time in extremely hot weather.
- Have a high school diploma or general education degree.
- Ability to write basic correspondence effectively and with clarity.
- Be available for work 7 days a week, any hour of the day or night.
- Travel expense is not paid unless preauthorized by manager.
