Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator Job Duties: Gate Precast Company is seeking Project Manager(s)/Estimator(s) to estimate construction costs and manage construction budgets for related projects. This position will report to the Kissimmee, FL office. Job responsibilities and duties include: Responsible for the overall management of the project, professionally representing Gate as the liaison between the contractor, architect, engineer, and the owner. Administer contractual agreements with architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering and project activities to meet deadlines. Responsible for project documentation including budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports. Manage outside subcontractors while protecting Gate’s financial interests including erection and field patching budgets, change orders, and ensuring the finished product meets Gate’s high-quality standards. This position does not supervise any other personnel. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Construction, Civil or Structural Engineering, or any related field of study, plus at least one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, or knowledge with the following: BluebeamProcorePrimavera P6Revit Local travel to nearby worksites may be required; no overnight stays required.Work from home (WFH) benefit available up to 3 days per week.No visa sponsorship available at this timeAdditional Information: Job Location: 810 Sawdust Trail, Kissimmee, FL, 34744
