Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on different strains and products, and ensuring a positive and safe experience for all patrons.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on various marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
- Upsell products to increase sales and promote customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary

Experience:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods
- Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with technology sales tools

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29 – 40 per week
