Description
The Gary Rome Auto Group continues to grow and we’re looking to add an Internet Sales Specialist to our BDC team. You will be responsible for responding to internet sales and phone inquiries, and scheduling appointments that show. You will also be responsible for continued follow ups with potential customers. You must be a customer service and process oriented individual in order to learn our processes and communicate effectively with potential customers. Previous BDC experience is a plus, but not required. We will train. Sales and persuasion skills desired.
You must be comfortable responding to customer inquiries using phone and email communication in an appropriate and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
• Turn leads into appointments that show and sell.
• Computer skills to include Internet, MS Windows & Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Transmit a sense of ease, comfort, trust, excitement, or urgency and should validate the choice to visit the dealership.
• The telephone is the “front line” of the car business and treated as such.
• Respond to internet inquiries and sales calls with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Work in a high-volume team environment with several other sales representatives.
• Have strong communication skills and rapport-based influence and persuasion.
• High energy, out-going individuals.
• Ability to conduct business via telephone.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the lead management system.
• Learn and have knowledge of manufacturer brands, models, features, options, etc.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction.
