Role Overview

As a Senior Account Executive at InvestNext, you will be at the forefront of our mission to redefine the real estate investment market. This role, alongside the rest of the company, is fully remote within the US or Canada. 

Your primary responsibility will be to qualify and guide prospects through our sales process, from initial discovery to detailed demo calls to close. Leveraging your expertise in SaaS B2B sales and a comprehensive understanding of our customer-focused sales process, and our product, you'll position yourself as a trusted consultant and advisor throughout their journey with us. Our customers are experts in a high-stakes, niche industry; it’s essential we put in the work to learn and maintain the expertise that’ll build trust and authentic partnerships.

In this role, you will

  • Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Deliver a top-tier customer experience, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
  • Articulate the unique benefits and value proposition of InvestNext's platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to relay customer feedback and insights.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives.
  • Regularly engage with the InvestNext platform to maintain expert knowledge of the product you’re selling.

Travel Expectations

Occasional travel may be required to meet potential clients, attend trade events, and team offsites.

If you're right for this role, you have

  • 6 years of relevant B2B SMB/Mid-market SaaS sales experience 
    • Bonus points if your experience is in the real estate or investment industry 
  • Proven track record of closing significant deals, with examples.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving (i.e. President's Clubs) 
  • Experience closing similar deal sizes ($20-50k ARR) 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with Sales Qualification (MEDDIC, SPICED, etc.) 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented, and a genuine team player.

Compensation

We prioritize pay equity, transparency, and equal opportunities for career development. The total compensation range for your first year in this role is $135,000 - $160,000 which includes a base salary of $85,000 - $110,000, in combination with a variable, performance-based commission; this includes the assumption of ramp, and your second year commissions scale significantly. The final compensation offered will be comparable with the market and determined by experience level, role responsibilities, and the consideration of OTE.
