Role Overview
As a Senior Account Executive at InvestNext, you will be at the forefront of our mission to redefine the real estate investment market. This role, alongside the rest of the company, is fully remote within the US or Canada.
Your primary responsibility will be to qualify and guide prospects through our sales process, from initial discovery to detailed demo calls to close. Leveraging your expertise in SaaS B2B sales and a comprehensive understanding of our customer-focused sales process, and our product, you'll position yourself as a trusted consultant and advisor throughout their journey with us. Our customers are experts in a high-stakes, niche industry; it’s essential we put in the work to learn and maintain the expertise that’ll build trust and authentic partnerships.

Compensation
We prioritize pay equity, transparency, and equal opportunities for career development. The total compensation range for your first year in this role is $135,000 - $160,000 which includes a base salary of $85,000 - $110,000, in combination with a variable, performance-based commission; this includes the assumption of ramp, and your second year commissions scale significantly. The final compensation offered will be comparable with the market and determined by experience level, role responsibilities, and the consideration of OTE.
