Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Create service orders and schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Provide estimates for repairs and inform customers of any additional services needed
- Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills:
- Strong service writing skills, with the ability to accurately document customer concerns and repair requests
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs
- Sales skills to upsell additional services or products as needed
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Understanding of alignment and air brake systems is a plus
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Previous experience in auto service management is a plus
