We are looking for an individual with automotive knowledge that possesses a strong customer satisfaction attitude. The service writer is the face of the service department and is both the first and last face seen by the customer during their visit. You would be responsible for checking the customer in, inspecting the vehicle's exterior for any damage PRIOR to beginning the service, informing the guest on the status of their vehicle, and checking out. We want to provide the guest with the most efficient, pleasant, and enjoyable experience possible.

Additional duties include but are limited to would be:

• Upselling recommended services or products
• Informing the guest of the satisfaction survey they will be receiving, and ensuring we lived up to their standards
• Answering phone calls and escalating them properly (scheduling, answering questions, etc.)
• Being conscious of the patrons in the lobby, and providing timing updates when necessary
• Bilangual is a plus!
