Perform clerical functions for the Employee Health Department at both campuses including but not limited to data entry, maintenance of office environment and supplies, and answering telephone. Greets patients and assesses reason for visit. Provides assistance to patient and staff by providing/preparing the necessary paperwork for the EH visit.

Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range for the role is $14.67- $18.34 hourly. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team member’s compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

Minimum Education:

• High School Graduate

Minimum Experience:

• 6 months office experience preferred.
• Friendly with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer experience in word processing and data entry necessary.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
