General Summary

The primary role of the Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and monitoring marketing programs across a variety of channels.

Essential Functions

Project Coordination

• Assisting with internal communications and external communications related to launch and development of marketing activities.
• Create initial project schedules and track progress on completion.
• Work with Director of Marketing on dispersion and tracking of leads.

Content Creation

• Collaborate with other departments in the design of literature layouts for new product launches.
• Create creative copywriting and editing.
• Develop vision for ads placed in publications, website, and social media.
• Work with the directors on relevant market collateral.

Tradeshow Coordination

• Manage the local budget and items for promotional giveaways.
• Work with Director of Marketing on presence at tradeshows/events, including booth design and messaging.
• Manage registration associated with events.

Channel Content Management

• Manage marketing template library.
• Monitor and update content needed for online presence with our distribution network.
• Ensure relevant part numbers, descriptions and marketing content are provided and utilized for channel partners.
• Maintain Modus Platform.

Other Duties

• Researches and prepares reports as required.
• Approximately 10% travel is required.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 3-4 years of related experience.

Computer Skills

Adobe, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet (preferred), Modus (preferred)

Communication Skills

Must possess strong communication skills and be able to manage multiple priorities.
