Description
GENERAL SUMMARY
Supporting the general territory sales, the Product Service Support Representative, PSSR, is responsible for developing, servicing, and maintaining an effective distribution support network in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
The PSSR is directly responsible for meeting national quotas in product demonstrations and customer support.
Supports the RSM, or distribution personnel with end-user sales calls for potential contractor/municipal clients or for support of equipment for existing customers in service, operations, and/or technical support.
Trains distributor and end user personnel in the effective operation and service of Cimline and DuraPatcher product lines. While in office the PSSR works with customer care and marketing on developing operational, informational, and training tools.
PSSR is also expected to assist in CARB and Engineering when field testing or input is required.
Expected travel 2-3 weeks per month March through September. October through February expected travel 1 weeks per month. The PSSR, is not expected to spend weekends on the road for travel.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A.), or Associates degree from college or university; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Maintain a valid driver’s license, Current Passport, CDL, and or medical card if required for demonstration operations.
