Based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Shadin Avionics has a rich history of designing and manufacturing innovative aircraft electronic systems for the Aerospace and Defense industry. As a respected global leader in avionics technology, the company has recently experienced rapid growth fueled by simple innovations that have revolutionized data management systems on aircraft.

Responsibilities:

Execute strategic sales initiatives in the aerospace sector, focusing on avionics products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop effective sales strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our market presence.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of proven experience in aerospace sales, preferably with a focus on avionics.
Bachelor's degree, associate’s degree, or pilot experience certificate.
Genuine passion for the aerospace industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as needed.

Compensation:

Base salary: $50,000 - $75,000.
Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
