Bryn Mawr Village is seeking a full-time Patient Care Administrator.
DUTIES OF PATIENT CARE ADMINISTRATOR:
- Hire and train new Staff
- Schedule the shifts for staff
- Be on call to troubleshoot last-minute in the event of call-offs to fill openings
SKILLS OF PATIENT CARE ADMINISTRATOR:
- Ability to show independent proficiency scheduling for a 'full load' of schedules based on the division workload and distribution norm.
- Must have a Patient Care Administrator license
- Communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
- Work well under pressure
