Job Description:We are seeking a Home Care Administrator / Director with a passion for service, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to lead a team dedicated to providing outstanding in-home care. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:Conduct comprehensive assessment of home care services to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
• Develop strategic plans for service expansion and improvement.Oversee the implementation of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our clientele.
• Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure all care services are in compliance with current laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Regularly review and update departmental policies and procedures.Manage quality assurance programs, including client satisfaction surveys and service audits.
• Team Management and Development:Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team to ensure a collaborative and efficient workplace.
• Manage staff scheduling, allocation, and performance evaluations .Promote ongoing professional development and training opportunities for staff.
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of care.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community organizations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies and healthcare providers.Represent the company in community events and professional associations.
• Service Excellence:Oversee the development of individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Ensure that clients and their families are treated with dignity and respect.Resolve any issues or concerns related to the delivery of care in a timely and effective manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
