Wesleyan Village is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to work 4 PM-8 PM Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Update Floor Census daily (for Front desk Staff)
• Orientation check-in (sign in, temp, photo ID)
• Admission packets (photo, place wrist band on PT, get paperwork signed)
• Order supplies and toner
• Take employees, visitors and vendor temps make sure everyone signs in
• Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications for Front Desk Receptionist:

• Experience in a healthcare setting office
• Experience as a front desk receptionist
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
