About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on the activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good at reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Routine foot patrols of multiple client locations during shift hours.
• Patrolling multiple client locations via company patrol vehicle during shift hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
• On-the-job training provided.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
• You’re able to pass an extensive screening process.
• You have a valid state-issued driver's license (required) and a clean driving record.
• Able to perform in a high walking position.
• Able to endure extended times spent sitting/driving a company security vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for driving positions and at least 18 years of age for non-driving positions.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• at least 6 months of security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to climb stairs and walk long distances.
• Advanced phone communication skills.
• Able to obtain/maintain a KCKS security license, GARDAWORLD WILL PAY TO GET!
