At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important, so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Las Vegas!
Compensation: 17.85 / HR
Shift: Day/Grave Mix: 0700 to 1500 Saturday & Sunday/2300 to 0700: Tuesday.

About the job: #LAS

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority, as you answer phones, receive deliveries, and other front-end tasks.
• You provide critical access control ensuring safety of residents, guests, and employees.
• You are proficient with communication, via electronics, written, or in person.
• You perform regular foot patrols inside and outside facility.
• You have experience driving Stick Shift Vehicles!!!
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• That you are physically able to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• You will also be asked to cover for any Team Members, during their break times.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• You're able to walk, sit, or stand throughout your shift.
• You have attention to detail, and high work ethic.
• You have outstanding people skills.
• You have at least 1 year of security experience or have a Military/Law Enforcement background.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You can work assigned schedule, as needed.
• You have PROFESSIONAL grooming standards.
• You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
