We are looking for an experienced Warranty Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, overseeing warranty processes, and providing customer service. The Warranty Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining warranty records, analyzing warranty trends, and providing recommendations to improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor warranty claims and ensure that they are processed in a timely manner.
• Answer phone and reply to emails for warranty claims.
• Manage customer service technician to ensure that customer inquiries are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and repairs.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with trade partners to ensure the best warranty experience for customers.
• High School Diploma or Higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
