The Warranty Administrator completes claims and reviews / corrects / resubmits claims that have been rejected.

You will maintain complete and accurate records for warranty claims and

work effectively with other employees to resolve any problems with warranty repair orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Identifies, recommends and supports opportunities for methods / process improvement...
• Review all rejected warranty claims
• Work with Technicians and Service Advisors to obtain all pertinent information to ensure manufacturer requirements are met
• Correct and resubmit claims obtaining Management approval and necessary authorization
• Report to Manager any unpaid warranty claims that becomes five days old

REQUIREMENTS :

• At least two years of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of automotive parts and service.
• Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
• Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
