**Responsibilities**

• Prepare flooring surfaces for epoxy application, including cleaning, grinding and repairing defects.
• Mix and match epoxy resins and hardeners to achieve desired colors and finishes.
• Apply epoxy coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers, ensuring even and smooth coverage.
• Use equipment safely, including power washers, grinders, and other tools.
• Inspect finished work for quality, addressing any imperfections or air bubbles.
• Collaborate with a team on larger projects and provide guidance to junior - installers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Adherence to company policies

**Requirements**

• 1-2 years of experience as an epoxy installer or in a related field.
• Familiarity with different types of epoxy materials and application techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
