We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at our Virginia office. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our firm's growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. What you'll be doing:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of accounting outsourcing services. Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new business.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Provide insights to inform our business strategies.
- Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking groups to promote our firm and establish a strong professional network.
- Sales and Negotiations: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development.
- Prior experience in the finance or accounting industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Willingness to work from an office setting and travel as needed.
