Job Description: Gantrex, Inc. is seeking an Installation Services Manager to replace the retiring incumbent. The successful candidate will have 5 years of heavy civil construction management, industrial operations management, or direct experience in our market niche. A degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering, or construction management is preferred.

 As the Installation Services Manager you will play a vital role in the execution of our installation services business plan, reporting directly to the US General Manager and working in co-operation with Project Management, Sales Management, Safety and HR Managers to execute our goals. As such you will be responsible to manage our installation team and contract execution, including but not limited to:

• Drive Gross Profit Growth within the Installation Services Division and in alignment with Global & Local Growth strategies.
• Maintaining & evaluating Team Size to meet workload.
• Maintaining and collaborating with 3^rd party labor sources or sub-contractors, to fill gaps between team size and workload. 
• Supporting Proposal Estimates and development in close collaboration with Sales Team
• Support Project Execution & Scheduling in close collaboration with Project Managers.
• Interface with the client to support project execution or sales as the key company representative regarding installation services.
• Ensure adherence to and drive the Safety Culture within the Installation Team in co-operation with the Safety Manager.
• Work closely with the HR Manager and VP/General Manager on all staffing related matters regarding the installation services team, including evaluations, career pathing and training, recruitment and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Schedule training and testing to ensure all necessary Safety, Performance and Welding certifications are current and valid.
• Work closely with Finance and Project Management Team to evaluate project performance.
• Testing for and maintaining State Contractors Licenses, as necessary.
• Interface with installation managers from other Gantrex regions around the world, as needed, to support local and global goals. 

The job requires travel as necessary to perform your job which may occasionally include travel outside the US, therefore you must obtain a valid US Passport. 

 Our recruitment goal is to have the new installation manager work together with the current manager for a minimum of 6 months to ensure a seamless transition.

Compensation: Salaried position performance bonus; commensurate with your experience.
