Store Leader 2
Under general guidance the Store Leader 2 is responsible for the store operations in 2 store locations which includes building a successful team, developing customer loyalty, driving for results, and achieving goals set for the store. The Store Leaders 2 must maintain up to date promotional materials and is responsible for hiring and training the store staff. This position supervises others including an Assistant Store Leader, Senior Guest Advisors, Guest Advisors, and Seasonal Associates in both store locations. The Store Leader 2 will always act in accordance with GameStop’s policies, practices, and core values. The Store Leader 2 must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meeting monthly sales goals, be an excellent communicator, and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
