Gamboa Group is Hiring a Real Estate Buyer'S Sales Agent Near Salt Lake, UT

We’re looking for a talented, professional Buyer’s Agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Compensation:

$70,000 - $150,000 commission based

Responsibilities:
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
  • Contact customers through leads, calls, and prospecting
  • Assist buyers through all aspects of the home buying process, from contract to close
  • Working closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home
  • Assist in all aspects of the sales process from contract to close
  • Collaborating with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers until the transaction is concluded
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Prospect for new clients and leads
  • Write Contracts
  • Negotiate Contracts
Qualifications:
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • 1 years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
