We are currently seeking a Maintenance Office Administrator with multi-tasking expertise to join our team!

Galvin Flying Maintenance Office Administrator is responsible for the support of our maintenance division to include, but not limited to customer billing, customer service duties, parts inventory, parts ordering, parts shipping and receiving, accounts payable functions, accounts receivable functions, and comprehensive administrative assistance for mechanics and manager.

This position is non-exempt, part-time with an hourly range of $20.00 – $25.00 per hour and includes the following benefits: paid sick leave, paid bereavement, 401(k) pre and post-tax contributions with a company match, commuter benefits, and employee flight training discounts. Part-time shift hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm.
