Qualifications
Two years of information systems experience in Technical Call Center Operations
Experience providing large volume technical support.
Experience resolving challenges with frustrated customers.
Ability to learn and retain information.
Ability to work under pressure and retain a professional and tactful manner.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide excellent customer service for external and internal customers.
Collaborate and share information, contributing to the teams success.
Stay on task with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate initiative and independent judgment.
Use the present tense
