Requirements
- Schedule of Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (nights, weekends as needed)
- Effective communication skills
- Clean and professional appearance
- Basic understanding of or ability to learn sanitation and regulations for workplace safety
- Basic understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques, preparations, and cooking procedures
Duties
The kitchen helper will
- Perform kitchen cleanup, including washing dishes, mopping floors, taking out trash, and changing fryer oil.
- Perform kitchen prep (salad bar).
- Serve food to employees and guests.
