Sales Associate

Availability : Hours will be M-Sat 11-8, Sun 12-6 (shifts will be 11-7PM or 12-8PM M-Sat / Sun 12-6PM). This role will be scheduled 4-5 days a week.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Greet clients; provide a tour of the retail space while sharing the culture, vision, values of Gallery Dept.
• Determine clients needs and address any related concerns
• Respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service
• Follow-up with clients through callbacks
• Perform other reasonable job functions as assigned by an immediate supervisor and / or other management
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
• Self-motivated with an ardent desire to achieve personal and company defined monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
• Ability to thrive in an environment of constant change

• Maintain existing clientele and develop new client relationships

• Attend daily meetings with team and sales supervisor to discuss scheduled appointments, product needs, and highlighted items

• Maintain appropriate physical and apparel appearance utilizing uniform standards approved by retail management

Required Skills / Abilities and Qualifications :

Two years of retail sales experience preferably within a luxury retail environment

Excellent customer service and communication skills
