Job Overview:

At Galerie Living we’re proud of the brand and services we provide to our valued residents. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding and social media. This person does not have any direct reports and seeks to lead all marketing initiatives. They will interact with our communities and other industry partners on a regular basis.

Essential Functions:

· Oversee and grow the marketing department by identifying new opportunities

· Identify short- and long-term resource needs, including working with accounting on the development and management of annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures

· Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team and senior leadership

· Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with marketing team, senior leadership, communities, and vendors

· Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations

· Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs

· Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches

· Understanding of SEO including the development, monthly reporting, research, management, and maintenance

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is required and/or expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) culled from 5 years of hands-on experience in the industry and in the marketing field

Marketing in the Senior Living space is a plus
