About the role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Manager, Client Partner to join one of our premier client teams. You will drive client relationships, building strong, value-add bonds with the client. You will regularly oversee multiple, advanced projects across an integrated spectrum and support client services leadership with strategic initiatives.

Who You Are

  • 4 - 7 years of prior agency account management experience
  • Experience managing organic and paid social campaigns for clients
  • Strong knowledge of working with media agencies and building relationships with cross-agency partners
  • Prior experience working with creative, production teams on shoots as well as creative strategy concepts
  • Experienced in presenting information in a clear fashion both verbally and in writing with excellent interpersonal, presentation and written skills
  • Set and manage multiple project deliverables with the ability to work with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders
  • Organized, attentive and detail oriented
  • Possess a flexible personality and have strong problem-solving skills
What You Will Be Doing
  • Planning and delivering strategies across the social media ecosystem
  • Work seamlessly with marketing and deployment to drive successful campaign and company results
  • Lead various organic and paid social media campaigns – providing strategic guidance as necessary
  • Create, track, and report on KPIs while actively optimizing new and ongoing campaigns based on learnings rooted in the data
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies driving media across various channels
  • Manage production shoots for social campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams across media and creative strategy development
  • Analyze data points and insights to maximize opportunities and service offerings
  • Working closely with all stakeholder domains such as strategy, creative, data science and insights
  • Be the connective tissue between audience data deployment – providing actionable insights and audience approach
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of creative campaigns to ensure the most effective approach for the brand
