Our firm is seeking an entry level workers compensation attorney who will be responsible for all aspects of the workers compensation case handling, including evaluating the merits of a workers compensation case, creating litigation plans, conducting discovery, making court appearances, providing guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication, medical review, negotiating, settling and litigating cases, if necessary.
All candidates must be admitted to the State Bar of California and must have active California State Bar membership in good standing.
Competitive salary and very attractive bonus/compensation package.
