Position Overview: As the Landscape Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of landscape beds and shrubbery for our clients. You will lead a team of landscaping professionals, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew in performing landscape bed maintenance tasks such as mulching, weeding, planting, and edging.
• Supervise and participate in the pruning, trimming, and shaping of shrubs and bushes.
• Monitor the health of plants and recommend treatments or replacements as needed.
• Coordinate with the client and management to ensure customer satisfaction and project requirements are met.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Provide guidance and training to crew members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
• Complete paperwork and reporting related to crew activities and project status.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscaping and shrub maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, including proper pruning techniques and seasonal maintenance practices.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and tillers.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
