Job Summary:

If you answered yes to these questions, then you might be the perfect fit for our Exhibitor Sales Manager position.

This position is on-site in our Fort Lauderdale offices, this is not a remote position.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Connecting daily with current and potential vendors via email, instant message and phone calls.
• Selling booth space for all live events.
• Act as a support contact for exhibitors, helping to address questions or concerns.
• Spot checking vendors booth placements for live shows.
• Assist in preparing exhibitor kits and information packets.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Live Show Responsibilities:

• Preparation, organization & dissemination of exhibitor badges to vendors for each live show.
• Check in all exhibitors during load in and assist with vendors during load out.
• Help manage volunteers who provide assistance to exhibitors.
• Help ensure exhibitor needs are met during the event, from setup to breakdown. This includes assisting with on-site logistics, coordinating After Dark market events, & rebooking.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in exhibitor services, leading and motivating sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• A passion for comic books, pop culture, sci-fi, fantasy, anime, gaming, cosplay, and more
• Ability to travel to GalaxyCon events, which will require working on weekends and holidays
