Looking for a Full Time Assistant Retail Store Manager!
We are looking for someone who has a strong customer service background.
Knowledge of our products such as TCG (Pokémon & Magic the Gathering), Board Games, and collectibles is a plus.
Scheduled hours are 1-10pm Mon- Friday, 11am-10pm Saturday, Noon-6pm Sunday. Must be able to work weekends and coordinate hours with the store manager.
Responsibilities:
- Managerial duties as assigned including helping with event coordination, managing employees, Opening and closing the store , and much more.
- Welcome customers and identify their needs
- Explain and recommend products to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Process product orders
- Maintain inventory
- Picking tcg card orders
- Buying tcg cards
- Merchandising the store
- Assist in running gaming events
- Handle inbound/outbound phone calls
- Keeping the store clean
Qualifications:
- Must be available for weekend and evening hours
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
