Galactic Toys & Games is hiring!
Looking for a Full Time Store Associate! Knowledge of TCGs (MTG, Pokemon) is highly recommended, while knowledge of other products we sell would be beneficial as well. (Board Games, Model Kits, Collectible Figures / Statues, DnD)
Weekend and evening availability is required. Store hours are 11:00am-10:00PM Daily (Sunday Noon -6pm).
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and identify their needs
- Explain and recommend products to customers
- Maintain inventory
- Assist in running gaming events
- Handle inbound/outbound phone calls
- Keep store clean
Qualifications:
- Must be available for weekend and evening hours
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
