Gainey Business Bank is Hiring a Credit Administrator Near Scottsdale, AZ

Gainey Business Bank is committed to the quality of life throughout Arizona. The role of Credit Administrator performs administrative tasks for commercial loan processing, prepares loan documentation, and inputs loan data onto the bank’s mainframe platform. NOTE: This position does not offer work from home options.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize and maintain required credit file documentation.
  • Ensure all conditions are satisfied per the credit approval.
  • Manage and maintain timely and compliant flow of loans through the pipeline process.
  • Assist with the monitoring of closing dates to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Prepare loan documents for new loans, extensions, renewals and modifications in accordance with credit policy for commercial loans utilizing Laser Pro software platform.
  • Review loan documents for thoroughness and accuracy before delivery to loan officer.
  • Coordinate loan closings while promoting effective and timely communication with all parties to the loan transaction to include the borrower, title company, attorneys or other parties as required.
  • Prepare adverse action notices.
  • Board loans onto Bank’s mainframe platform.
  • Acts to minimize commercial loan technical exceptions; monitors and resolves technical exceptions in a timely manner.
  • Engage in loan call back process for loans post-boarding.
  • Process loan payments, advances and provide for ongoing loan maintenance services.
  • Scan and index electronic loan documentation post-closing.
  • Performs other tasks at the direction of the Credit Administration Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in commercial loan processing
  • 1-3 years Laser Pro experience
  • 1-3 years loan boarding experience
  • FISERV core processing platform and LaserPro loan documentation software experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements of banking and commercial credit; Bank’s commercial credit policy and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
