General:
Move sales team to achieve their goal of inspiring people from the thinking stage of fitness to a lifetime commitment of getting and staying fit.
Essential Duties:
§ 100% proficient of the Core Competency Skills- Info call script, Pre-qualifying questions, PFC Presentation, Tour F-B-F Modules, Price presentation script, Six-steps to overcoming objections, POS referral script
§ General prospecting and self-generating over 50% of sales
§ Maintain 65% close % of “Club” generated leads
§ Club marketing campaigns
§ General Customer Service and Member engagement
§ Instruct members on how to use and get the most from their membership
§ Introduce new members to additional services: personal training, weight-loss, golf fitness, specific programs, etc.
§ Respond to “Any Available”
§ Maintain Complete knowledge of all GHF programs and activities
§ General working knowledge of the Floor, desk, HK, Kid’s Club and all GHF departments
§ Responsible for the success of the entire company, Every department, and your role as a Counselor

Compensation:
§ Starting at $14/hr while training and onboarding. Once completed, pay will be commission based with no cap.
