General Management:

• Processing of documents and/or transactions, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Functions, Cash Sheet Reporting, Document Imaging, Verification of Client Payers, Bed Assignments, Guest Enrollment Discharge, Scheduling of Services.
• Providing technical assistance to customers and staff.
• Patient Assistant Program
• Basic Office Procedures
• Supporting/training on EMR systems.
• Manage routine administrative functions, travel expenses, leases, vendors, contracts, telecommunications, building security, purchasing, billing/credit, inventory, property control.
• Prepare Annual budget for all programs.
• Will serve as a member of the facility’s management team.

Purchasing:

• Coordinate and approve expenditures for equipment purchases, printing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Comparison/inquiries of best pricing
• Maintaining and monitoring supplies and materials.
• General invoice management
• Health and Safety Program
• Scheduling Onsite Trainings

Supervisory Role:

• Maintain ample staff
• All delegated responsibilities are completed timely and accurately.
• Support staff cross-training in all aspects of accounting, billing, record management.

Employee Performance:

• Annual employee performance reviews
• Interviews of support staff
• Continuous Quality Improvement

Qualifications:

Must have excellent customer service

Must have an in-depth familiarity with Avita’s business functions
