What You Do

• Responds to all calls and emails to Store Support during assigned monitoring hours within 24 business hours.
• Partners with Director of Retail Operations and the Regional Directors of Retail to address store concerns and needs.
• Process all visual Supply Chain Transfers for store product and process retail RMA's.
• Generate POS for 3rd party accessories based on Retail Merchandising’s seasonal orders. Managing receipts, tagging, and placement for maximum sales.
• Aid in managing ongoing reorders from stock to maximize business in each store.
• Assist in validating store inventory cycle counts and managing perpetual inventory adjustments.
• Creates word and excel documents to track sales, reports and suggestions for retail stores and licensees.
• Some overnight travel as needed.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Zoom and Teams scheduling knowledge
• Report generation and maintenance
• Excellent skills in MS Office Suite including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power BI
• Ability to work a 40-hour schedule with some overtime expected during special events. Hours will vary depending on business needs but generally will align with 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
