Gables Search Group is Hiring a Quality Leader Near Clear, IA
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a robust quality framework
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- Manage the Customer Return Material Authorization (RMA) process
- Champion training initiatives for product quality
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for plant-wide quality metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of Quality Management and Engineering experience
- Proficiency in quality core tools
- Leadership in ISO9001
- ASQ Certification and Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (preferred)
- Experience with ISO14001, ITAR, AS9100, TS16942, ISO14981 (valued)
