• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (or related)
• 1-3 years of post-college experience in manufacturing, ideally in a process that involves mixing, blending, packaging, and/or filling
• MUST be fluent in Spanish - 2/3rds of the workforce at this facility speak Spanish as their primary language
• Must be local to the Santa Clarita/Simi Valley/Glendale area - no relocation assistance available
• Should have demonstrable optimization and process improvement experience
