Depending on experience $24/hr - $28/hr to start
Responsibilities: Repair and conduct preventative maintenance on stamping presses and other plant machinery. Conduct mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting. Heavy equipment handling and repair.
Experience: Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and some electrical and machine repair. Must have electrical troubleshooting skills, prefer experience with 480 volt electrical and 3-phase electrical. Stamping press repair experience a must.
Requirements
Must have knowledge and be capable of using hand tools. MUST have own tools. Must be physically capable of climbing and working from ladders with heights up to 25'. Must be able to stand in place, crawl, stoop, balance and lift on a daily basis Required to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to fix machinery. Must be able to get at root cause and troubleshooting Must be able to problem solve and time management skills a MUST. Good communication skills, attendance, team player. Must have basic computer skills. Must be able to read and understand job instructions, repair manuals, safety rules, etc. Must be able to operate a Hi-lo and Scissor Lift Be able to pass a background check, and drug screen/physical.
